Both Australian and international shipping charges are based on the delivery location and method chosen for each order, these are calculated at check-out.

When will orders ship?
Secure Store normally ships your order within 1 business day after you place it.

To what locations will you ship my order?
Secure Store ships to customers in Australia and most of the world.

Can I request delivery to a friend or colleague?
Yes, by amending the delivery details, you can have the order sent to someone other than yourself.

Can I cancel my order?
As our system ensures that all orders are processed only on confirmation of your request, orders cannot be cancelled.
